We are admitted South-African attorneys and notaries public practicing from commercial offices in Arcadia in Pretoria strategically positioned within easy reach of DIRCO, High Court and around 100 embassies. We assist clients throughout South Africa and abroad. We’ve been doing this since 2010 and our service is led by years of experience.

Whether you’re a company or personal client, we will review your request and offer practical advice on how to proceed.

We notarise documents going to most countries worldwide. If you have documents to be used in anywhere in the world, get in touch. Our notarial certification and document legalisation of your document will be valid anywhere in the world.

Travelling Notary Public Service

If you can’t get to us, we can travel to you. Submit the online form with your request. Use the incorporated facility in the form to safely upload a scan of the document for us to check. We will get back to you with a quote. We do charge a reasonable call out fee and will advise on the cost during our response. We can travel to your home, office address, or any safe destination of your choosing.

We courier your document

We can courier your document abroad directly from our office to any worldwide destination!

Just provide us with the recipient address and we’ll handle the rest. We ship all documents abroad via secure courier, mainly DHL OR Courier Guy (SA), but we can use any other courier if requested.

We will email over a tracking number so you can sit back and have peace of mind that your legalised document is on its way.

Walk In Notary Public Service

We have a Notary Public in attendance at our Pretoria office from 8.00 am to 16h00 pm Monday to Friday on most days to notarise documents and to personally discuss your document legalisation needs.
