Notarial copies

Notarial copies of original public documents. In many cases it's simply not practical to apostillise the original public document as the owner needs custody thereof and replacement of the original will incur efforts and costs.

In South-Africa Notaries are authorised to certify a copy of a public document. In these cases, such notarial copies in turn may be Appostilled. The Apostille will generally be issued to authenticate the origin of the certificate executed by the Notary.
