I misplaced my documents. Where can I obtain copies of my Company registration and incorporation documents?
If you have lost your original Company Incorporation documents then you can obtain copies of these documents through us. Alternatively, your company formation service provider could assist in this regard. If you need our assistance we would be pleased to apply to CIPC and order replacement documents on your behalf. Please contact with us or complete an order form or quotation request form to get started.
Can I legalise my company documentation for use outside the borders of South-Africa. Can I combine the documents in one bundle under cover of a single apostille certificate?
Yes company documents can be legalised through either apostille certificate or authentication and embassy legalisation. We advise you however to obtain a quotation for the services as some embassies charge substantial fees for embassy legalisations of documents used for corporate purposes. If we are legalising multiple company documents for the same company we are able to bind the documents as a set under one apostille certificate or authentication certificate. These documents are thus bound together as one set. This method of processing company documents is usually acceptable for use overseas although if you are unsure please contact the foreign authority requesting your documents.
